Really, for those actually taking the time to read this page, there should be little reason to ask who I am. If you don't know, why are you even here.   As for asking what this blog is about, well, it's about me. Duh. 

OK, a little more serious answer: I am writing this blog to chronicle some of the adventures in my life. It is mainly so family and friends can keep up with what's going on in my life. Hopefully, they sometimes actually read it.
